Neatscan is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full. The terms below add app-specific detail.
The app is free to download. You can scan unlimited pages, crop, apply filters, and export a single page as PDF or JPG with no watermark. The free limit is shown in the app before you scan and again if a paid action is blocked. If a multi-page export is blocked, you can still export the first page for free.
Both subscription options are shown together on the purchase screen with their localized App Store prices before you are asked to pay. The US reference prices above may differ by storefront. There is no free trial that converts into a charge.
A paid plan unlocks multi-page PDF export and on-device OCR (recognize and copy).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Paid actions become unavailable, but the documents you already saved remain on the device and stay readable. You can still export the first page of a document. Your scans are not held hostage.
You keep the rights to the paper you scan and the files you export. Neatscan does not claim ownership of your documents. You are responsible for what you scan and for how you share the files you create.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
