Does it work offline?

Yes, completely. All 3,458 U.S. tide stations are bundled in the app and predictions are computed on your device. No network connection is needed at any point, including the first launch.

How accurate are the predictions?

Predictions use official NOAA harmonic constants, the same inputs NOAA uses for its own published tide tables. Note that predicted tides do not account for weather, wind, or storm surge — see the safety notice in the Terms of Use.

A station near me is missing

Some NOAA stations do not publish the harmonic constants required for offline prediction, and a small number were excluded because they did not meet the app's accuracy threshold. In every excluded case a qualifying station exists within about 8 km. Email us the location and we will look into it.

I bought the unlock but it is not showing

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Apple Watch complication

The single-line inline complication is free. Add it from the watch face customization screen. Visual tide complications are part of the one-time unlock.
