Terms of Service
Overtrace is a visual reference overlay tool. By using it you agree to the following.
Your images
You are responsible for the images you choose to use as references, including having the right to use them. Overtrace stores them only on your device and does not inspect or transmit them.
Safe use
Use the app safely. Do not use it while driving, walking in traffic, or in any situation where looking at a screen puts you or others at risk.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be suitable for every project or free from error.
Purchases and subscriptions
Overtrace Pro is available through weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewable subscriptions, or through a one-time Lifetime purchase. All paid options unlock the same Pro features: save and resume each reference's digital tracing setup, keep unlimited saved reference projects, and use image enhancements.
Weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple and the App Store. Eligible purchases can be restored from Overtrace Settings.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
