Using the app

You may use Read the Room for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The app is designed for people in the same room using one phone. You are responsible for how you choose to use the prompts with your group.

One-time purchase

Read the Room offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full social prompt set. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel. Purchases are processed by Apple and are associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

If you reinstall the app or move to another compatible device, use Restore Purchases in Settings. Apple controls billing and refunds. Refund requests should be made through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free access

The free version includes enough prompts to play a real session before deciding whether to unlock the full set. Availability of particular prompts may change as the app is improved.

Availability

The core game works offline after installation. Purchase, restore, and entitlement verification may require an internet connection and access to Apple and RevenueCat services.

Intellectual property

The app, its original prompts, visual design, branding, and software are owned by the developer or used under applicable licenses. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or republish substantial portions of the app except where law permits.

No guarantee

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every prompt will suit every group or situation.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. The date above will be updated when material changes are published.
