Privacy Policy

Audio Joiner is designed as a local-first audio utility. The app does not create an account for you and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.

Audio files and projects

When you choose recordings through the iOS Files picker, Audio Joiner works with the files you selected and keeps app-owned project copies on your device so your order and trims can be restored. Audio processing and M4A export happen on the device.

Audio Joiner does not modify your original selected source files. Deleting the app removes its app-owned project data, but it does not remove copies you previously exported or saved elsewhere through the system Share Sheet.

iCloud Drive and other file providers

If you select a file stored in iCloud Drive or another Files provider, iOS or that provider may download the selected file before making it available to Audio Joiner. Audio Joiner does not operate its own cloud sync service and does not upload your project to an Audio Joiner server.

Sharing

Audio Joiner only sends an exported result to another app, service, or storage location when you choose a destination from the iOS Share Sheet. The destination you choose may process the file under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

The optional Lifetime Unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Audio Joiner receives purchase-entitlement information needed to unlock the feature, but it does not receive your payment-card details. Apple's terms and privacy practices govern App Store payment processing.

Tracking and data collection

Audio Joiner does not use advertising identifiers, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not send app analytics to the developer. The app's privacy manifest declares tracking as disabled and declares no collected data types.

Required Reason API

Before writing project or export data, Audio Joiner checks available device storage so it can stop safely when there is not enough space. The app declares Apple's Disk Space Required Reason API category with reason E174.1 for this user-visible file-writing preflight.

Support email

If you email support, the information you choose to include in that email, together with your email address, is received for the purpose of responding to and diagnosing your support request. Sending a support email is voluntary and is separate from automatic data collection by the app. Support-email information is not combined with app analytics or advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

Audio Joiner itself does not transmit project, audio, or usage data to the developer. App-owned project data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app.

Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request and maintain necessary support records, subject to any legal obligations that require longer retention. You may request deletion of support information controlled by the developer by emailing xiangmucheng001@gmail.com. Where the developer is not legally required to retain it, the information will be deleted or anonymized.

Because the app does not create an account and does not automatically collect personal data from app use, there is no in-app account consent to revoke. You can stop sharing information with support at any time by not sending additional email.
